Silent Auction

The Friends of Carter Caves group is having a silent auction on Saturday night in the Fields Room of the Lodge. Donated items will be sold to the highest bidder in a silent auction format. All proceeds benefit the Friends of The Carter Caves group. The Friends Of Carter Caves group is a Kentucky non-profit, 501(c)3, tax exempt organization funded by donations.

The Silent Auction items will be displayed on Saturday in the Fields Room. The Auction ends at 7:30pm Saturday. Come prepared to bid! Cash and check accepted.

Silent Auction: Where bids are written on a sheet of paper, and at the predetermined end of the auction, the highest listed bidder wins the prize. This auction is often used in charity events, and many items may be auctioned simultaneously. Participants submit bids normally on paper, near the item. The highest bidder pays the price he or she submitted.
