Carter Caves State Resort Park is a complete resort facility operated by the Kentucky Department of Parks. The park features a 28-room lodge with high speed wireless internet, 13 cottages, a full-service restaurant, and a campground with full hookups. Lodge rooms and cottages are often fully booked for the Winter Adventure Weekend so call soon to make your reservation. Lodging reservations for the 2024 Winter Adventure Weekend will be accepted starting February 1, 2023.

Park Camping

Due to campground renovations, we are limited on campsite reservations at the park.

Primitive camping sites: please reserve a spot through Reserve America here.
