Winter Adventure Weekend is limited to children ages 6 years and above. Children 6 to 15 MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION during the event. 
 

Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be issued for Winter Adventure Weekend registrations unless the event is fully cancelled. Please note, this non-refundable policy is absolute and applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters (such as fire, flood, earthquake, or storm), and service interruptions (electricity or telephone).

IMPORTANT: Make your trip selections carefully, as all registrations are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are aware of the required equipment and physical requirements for each field trip they register for. Transfer Policy:
While registrations are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you need to transfer your registration, please notify us with the name of the new participant prior to the start of Winter Adventure Weekend. Transfer requests will no longer be accepted after 12:00 pm on Thursday when onsite check-in opens.

Account Changes:
You can log into your account to modify or add trips to your registration. However, please be aware that trips cannot overlap. If you decide to change a trip, you will forfeit the original trip fee, as all selections are final once confirmed. Additionally, you will be required to pay for any added trips at the time of modification.

• Trip descriptions and equipment requirements will not be displayed during the online registration process.

• You may register for multiple trips.

• Participants must be 15 or older to register for Level 3 and Level 4 trips.

• If you are registering as part of an organized group, please include your group or leader's name for identification.

• Complete your registration promptly, as trips may fill quickly.

Pricing for event:

General Admission:  $25.00
Most trips have additional fees that will be added to your ticket price upon checking out.
